Texas Roller Coaster Stops in Mid-Air Due to ‘Inclement Weather’
The Pandemonium roller coaster at Six Flags Fiesta Texas stopped in mid-air Saturday and officials are blaming inclement weather, a spokeswoman said.
Two patrons were stranded Saturday at around 7:30 p.m. on the five-story coaster for nearly an hour while SAFD crews worked to free the guests. No injuries were reported.
“The ride is now running normally following a thorough safety inspection,” said spokeswomanSydne Purvis.
“Pandemonium is a smaller spinning-style coaster with open-air cars that seat up to four passengers and rotates at a moderate speed.
