ROUND ROCK — A Central Texas city has made the list of safest cities in America for the second year in a row.

Round Rock came in at number 16 on CQ Press’ City Crime Rankings 2013: Crime in Metropolitan America. The list is an annual analysis of crime statistics for American cities.

Round Rock was ranked the second safest Texas city.
