Texas Officials Speak on Supreme Court’s Move on Gay Marriage Cases

Friday’s announcement that the U.S. Supreme Court will take up two major cases regarding same-sex marriage didn’t solicit an immediate response from Texas’ attorney general, but the state has previously supported keeping the definition of marriage as a union between a man and a woman.

The move to take up the cases prompted some groups around Texas to caution the high court against breaching states’ rights to ban same-sex marriage, while others welcomed the possibility of a ruling on the issue.

    ONE MAN and ONE WOMAN …as it has always been ,let the gays go to other states to live where its legal. LEAVE TEXAS ALONE, GOD blessed Texas .Born and raised there …dont destroy our heritage!!!
