John Steen Replaces Andrade as Texas Secretary of State
San Antonio attorney John T. Steen Jr. has been tapped as the 108th Texas Secretary of State by Gov. Rick Perry.
The appointment, effective Tuesday, came less than a week after the resignation of former Secretary of State Hope Andrade, also of San Antonio.
