Wingpsan from what I heard had piss poor management. I also heard these folks were extremely racist towards blacks and muslims and hispanics remaining embroiled in racial discrimination suits to this day. From what a friend told me a manager Melanie Pellegrino would force employees under her to lie to Bank of America customers who were trying to save their home and calling in to verify they had the original loan documentation on file. This forced good people to lose their homes no doubt. I also heard that a manager Justin Belter openly called a black employee, a man, a nigger. This was getting back to Bank of America and it is my guess that is who cancelled their contract. Too much of a liability.

One thing is for certain this company has destroyed some of their employees pychologically. One person from what I have heard is recieving SSI and is close to getting a settlement from the company for trauma. She can never work again. Shame.
